Greenland Minerals' kvanefjeld mining licence application received by government

In March the company signed an MoU with the regional authority to establish a participation agreement for community capacity development for workers and businesses.

Greenland Minerals has received confirmation that its mining licence application for the Kvanefjeld Rare Earth Project in southern Greenland has been received by the Mineral Licence and Safety Authority (MLSA).

In late June the company lodged an application for an exploitation mining licence for the project, which has more than 1 billion tonnes of mineral resources across three different zones – Kvanefjeld, Sorensen and Zone 3.
